In just under 3 days from conception of the Life of Mique teddy bear idea, the test bear was made this afternoon. It looks stunning and this first bear is already on its way to Monique in hospital. I must say that without the help of Jocelyn at DMI Embroidery none of the cuddly toys or printed clothing would be possible. She doesn’t make any profit on the services she provides, so a massive thank you to her. Hopefully the stock of bears and hoodies will arrive any day and the orders can begin to ship out, so please bear with me x

As you can see I have also used the arrival of the new bear to update the product photo with a “real” teddy picture. I am hoping that people who buy the teddies will send me plenty of photos as well. Another 1000+ website views yesterday and over 500 today so far with a healthy tally of orders. I donated £350 to the Go Fund Me page for Monique today and there is already plenty more building for the next amount. The support has been quite wonderful. Thank you so much and please keep it coming.

Always glad to get January out of the way, and most people will feel the same about February I guess, although it’s my birthday month, so I have something to look forward to. And to be fair January wasn’t a bad month for me. I am hoping I can continue the positive vibes and mental health improvement going. A big delivery at work late this afternoon means I go into mega busy mode for the next week or two, which is good of course. I had a nice order come in late this afternoon which was also made a good start to the new working month. I also have found a new band to like. Rotten Mind, who I head on the Punk AF radio show on catch up from last Saturday. Love them! Having said that tonight I am having a first proper listen to The Longest Johns, a folk group from Bristol. Until tomorrow x
