The response so far to the first new Majority song in 24 years, Shadows and Souls, has been amazing. The first run of CDs sold out way ahead of the release date, so a second run is now being done. Until today only a couple of short snippets of the song had been released, so we are delighted to now being able to bring you the official video. Hopefully you will like both the song and the video. It was gut-wrenchingly sad today to hear the news from Melbourne about the death to bowel cancer of Nicole Cooper. One of the kindest and most wonderful souls, who did so much to advocate for bowel cancer patients and raise awareness about bowel cancer.

Work on Shadows and Souls is nearing completion, so today a brief teaser from an early mix. Both me and Ad are really happy with this track and how it is sounding. We’ve decided that we want to get this track out there as soon as we can, so that we can begin to build the band’s profile after being away for so long. The plan is to put this song on digital platforms and see what kind of reaction we get. It is possible that it might get a physical release, but that would largely depend on demand.
