Today I watched this quite brilliant and informative Trekstock video which was filmed on Monday night in London. My lovely friend Nat Woodward was on the panel, so I was keen to watch it. It really is something that I would urge you to watch, as it really was an eyeopener into how cancer patients live with cancer, the challenges they face, how they are perceived by others and just how bloody amazing people they are who should not be defined by the “cancer” label. It doesn’t matter that Mum had cancer for 4 and a half years as there is so much that I didn’t realise back then and to this day, even with all the fundraising and raising awareness about bowel cancer, there is still so much I can learn x

Although all my efforts are going into promoting the album at the moment, today I received a random order on the website for the Goodbye Farewell EP which came out a couple of years ago. Four different artists recorded a version of the dame song that I had written. It was a great success and the versions were stunning. I’ve recorded a Fields of Dawn guitary version for A New Dawn so it will be interesting to see what people think of my own version of the track. The next pre-sale of the album will take the total raised past £500 x
