I gave blood today for the first time since before the pandemic. Although the pandemic has played a part in me not donating for longer than I would like, one of the other problems I have found is finding a venue and time that is convenient. Oh and just being a bit rubbish of course. Hopefully I am going get it back to a regular basis as I am fit and healthy, so can do my little bit so easily.

I was also quite impressed with the soundtrack being played during my session. Teenage Kicks by The Undertones for starters set a good tone followed by some Duran Duran and Abba!

I am incredibly grateful for the support for the album with the £500 milestone passed today. I feel proud for us all. I know that my fundraising is pretty relentless, especially recently, but sometimes that is just how life pans out. The album has been in the making for almost 2 years, whereas something like the Laura Lou teddies came together in an instant. Please keep the support coming, the encouragement as well and the sharing of my posts is always welcome x
