This photo doesn’t really highlight the problem I have with dirty shirts at work! Today I received delivery of a lorry load of bubble wrap which is always dirty to handle and leaves it mark on me. I would like to smarten up my image a little, but it’s difficult when the packaging materials I handle are invariably dusty and / or grimy! The only answer I have come up with is to maybe keep a spare clean shirt at work for occasions such as today. I think a smarter Tim both professionally and socially is long overdue and I have become a little complacent when it comes to my image. I did order some new glasses on Monday which will arrive in a couple of weeks. I ought to treat myself to some new clothes and also make more efforts to get out socially. I am out tonight with some of my old school friends, so looking forward to a catch up with them…

I did have a couple of nice conversations with two delivery drivers today including the bubble wrap driver. He was full of beans and chatting about this and that. Before he left he gave me a brand new set of allen keys. His company have a batch of, which they are only going to throw out, so he has taken a load to hand out to people like me. The other driver was a really nice Romanian driver who was delivering to my neighbour who was out, so I took in the deliver and we chatted about football before moving on the utter madness of Ukraine. It all made for an interesting day…
