The best thing about today was not the appearance of the Life of Mique teddy bear with Monique, nor was it the influx of new teddy bear orders tonight following Monique’s post, but it was seeing Monique making it outside after such a awful week. It’s impossible to fully appreciate what she is going through, but her courage and determination shine through as does her solid gold heart. I was on the end of some lovely words she posted today, which I am very grateful even if I am a little uncomfortable being on the receiving end of any kind of praise x
Every time Monique posts about the teddies and tags me the result is a spike in orders. Today this has meant the total raised 11 days is now at almost £700 for Monique’s Go Fund Me page. This has only been possible because of the amazing and generous support of everyone, and a true testament to amount of love that there is out there for Monique.
A serenely and beautiful scene when I arrived at work this morning. One of the advantages of being able to give Prince a walk at this time of the day is that it helps clear my head and sets me up perfectly for the working day ahead. The fact we were treated to this kind of scene was a lovely bonus.
Tomorrow I will have to put in an order for more bears and hoodies 😊 Thanks again for the quite brilliant support. Until tomorrrow x
