As part of the promotion for A New Dawn, I have released Here We Go from the album as a digital single. When it comes to the album, although it will be available on digital streaming platforms, I am hoping people will actually decide to buy it, because the whole point of the album is to raise as much money as possible for Bowel Cancer UK, Love Hope Strength and The Bowel Movement. Best plan would be to buy the album and then stream it… Basically streaming will not raise much money at all. A few pounds if I am lucky. Each time a copy of the album is ordered from my website the amount raised steadily increases and makes a real difference.

However, when it comes to releasing the digital single then I view it quite differently. I want the track to be heard as widely as possible. Add the song to your playlists, share the track, play it as often as possible. The more streams, downloads and online publicity the track gets the better! The other thing with this track is that I want people to buy the album, so my aim here isn’t to try and force people into buying something that they will already have coming on the album.
