It has been an incredible 24 hours in the land of Fields of Dawn. Last night as I was getting ready for bed, a new order came through for the vinyl LP. I won’t divulge who, or the full details yet, but the order was for 5 copies! The albums will be going to a specific address, so once I have the vinyls and send them out all will be revealed. Not only was this a very generous order and has helped pushed the album fundraising towards £450, but once again it was the act of kindness itself which means so much to me. It totally made my day and for some reason I had been feeling slightly wobbly for the last couple of days, so it was a great tonic.

Then today the CDs arrived. I always knew that the CD order would arrive way ahead of the release date, but the company who I have used for all my CD releases really turned this around incredibly fast. They look terrific and I have played the album driving home from work today. It sounds perfect. This means that the vinyl LPs are the final piece we are waiting for. It will be a while before they arrive and the whole thing can be released. But please keep the pre-orders coming in. The more I sell, the more that is raised for Bowel Cancer UK, Love Hope Strength and The Bowel Movement.

The other piece of good news today was Prince had his last post operation check up and the vet was really pleased with his recovery and how the area around his backside is looking. No more visits required and Prince is hopefully going to be around for a while yet ❤
