Today has been a really good day, but also a long and tiring one, so I must admit I am feeling like Prince is at the moment as I type this. Work has been really busy, which of course is great and the next few days it will continue in the same vein. I have to juggle being at work to take in deliveries, and also getting out delivering orders, as well as lots of in house work. If I am honest there haven’t really been enough of these kind of periods since the arrival of the pandemic, but it’s difficult for everyone out there, and I am fortunate to still have a business. I describe work as being in survival mode, which it has been for almost two years now, but this month shows how things can be with a little bit of luck and hard work.

I was going to unveil my new toy tonight! However, I got home so late that it will have to wait for another day. I’ve invested in a small Cricut cutter and heat iron to do a bit more of the teddy bear printing myself. If Jocelyn at DMI has busy periods as hopefully she will, it takes the pressure off her for me to be able to do more, and also it will allow me to be able to react to panics more easily, and perhaps to be able to offer some unique personalised print options. No point in running before I can walk though, and first I will have to learn how to use it and make sure I am able to produce quality work. If all goes well with it I have a very special and very limited package coming soon which I hope to have ready to show you in the coming days. Until tomorrow x
