My buddie Ad

I think I first met Adam at the Hammersmith Palais on February 14th 1984 watching The Alarm. So many of my life moments involve this band. A few months later I joined The Majority playing guitar with Ad on drums. The Majority lasted for a couple of years and even played Live Aid! (well Maidenhead Live Aid). Me and Ad resurrected The Majority at the end of 90s as a recording entity and we had great fun recording old tracks, new songs and cover versions. It is Ad who I’ve made the most music with over the years and perhaps it’s time The Majority rose from the ashes again 😊 Ad is currently making music under the AdJon Provocateur banner and their debut EP Firedoor which is well worth a listen. Almost 40 years later we are still the greatest of friends. I was best man when Ad married Clare, which was such a great honour. We had a long catch up last weekend and Ad ordered the CD of A New Dawn, so I’ve sent him his copy in advance. He likes Far Far Away, and as people receive copies of the album next month I would love to receive some reviews and photos 🙏

Almost £550 has been raised by the pre-sales so far, which will be donated to Bowel Cancer UK, Love Hope Strength and The Bowel Movement. Thank you for the incredible support. A New Dawn is released on September 16th and you can pre-order the Vinyl, CD and Download.
