I am writing this in the final hour before A New Dawn is officially released on the stroke of midnight. Today is one of those rare days that we will always remember where we were when news of The Queen’s death was announced. A very sad day for the Nation and the Commonwealth. But perhaps most important of all is a family has lost a Mum, Granny and Great Granny, and my thoughts are with

Bluebell was back at work with me today for what is becoming her weekly visit. We are training for the Love Hope Strength Beach Hike in North Wales on Saturday the 17th. It’s a 10-mile coastal walk and I’ve been building this young lady up over the last month as until recently she hadn’t done much distance walking.
