Throughout most of 2021, in fact until Christmas Day, the stats on Spotify were not great. I think it was about 30 streams in total during the year. Then on Christmas Day things went ballistic with almost 600 streams on the one day. I still don’t know how this happened. During 2022 there have been a few more spikes including one yesterday of well over 300 streams for the On The Way Back track. Once again I don’t know how this is happening. Over 1600 streams now and 100 followers on Spotify. Now this translates into maybe a couple of quid! Not exactly going to change the world or boost the fundraising coffers, but it does all help with increasing the presence of Fields of Dawn and the music. My ideal scenario would be for everyone who listens on Spotify to buy a copy of A New Dawn as well to support the fundraising. Ultimately though, it’s down to each listener’s personal choice x
