Really lovely to see another Gift-A-Bear reach its new home. Sacha kindly sent me this lovely photo with her new teddy in a hoodie, Cuddles, which was gifted to her by Rachel. Both these ladies have had bowel cancer, and those that know me will already know that my mum died of this wretched disease back in 2016.


Tonight I brought all the donations to the various nominated charities up to date. The combined total raised and donated stands at just over £170 so far. The charities that have benefitted so far include Bowel Cancer UK, Love Hope Strength Foundation, Happy Endings, Sepsis Trust, Sarcoma UK, Breast Cancer Now and The Donkey Sanctuary. This really does make me feel so happy that numerous charities can benefit from this project. It’s really simple. You order a bear and choose the charity that the receives the profits raised by your purchase. The kindness behind each gift is absolutely heart warming.

So I’ve had a pretty decent weekend. I am still buzzing from last night’s radio airplay on Stereo Underground and the Gift-A-Bears go from strength to strength. Until tomorrow x
