The new Life of Mique white t-shirts in four different colours are beginning to be posted out. I have spent this week catching up with all the blue hoodie orders that had to be amended, so it’s taken me longer than I would have liked to get these done. I am sorry for the wait, but anyone who chose to go with an alternative colour should be receiving their bears over the next few days. There is still no date on the blue hoodies and it is likely to be weeks not days, so anyone waiting who wants to change, please send me a message and I will sort it out for you. I am now also geared up with the white t-shirts to turn around orders much more quickly, so please keep the support coming x
The teddy bears in white t-shirts and coloured hoodies have raised over £1100 for Monique’s Go Fund Me page. The support has been incredible, but more importantly it has shown the love and affection there is out there for Monique.
Monique posted on social media today, and she is going through a very difficult time. No 26 year old should have to go through what she is with their whole life ahead of them. The NHS is focusing very much on end of life care for her, which must be unimaginably tough to get your head around, and Monique is hoping that she can start on alternative treatments as soon as possible. Please keep this special person in your thoughts and prayers x
Today has been spent at work as I had a big job being collected and the a lorry load of bubble wrap arriving. I did spend an hour packing up teddy bears first thing to help clear the backlog, and take them to the local post office, but apart from that I have spent the day getting up to date with admin and reorganising a few things. My unit, being in the shade is still pretty baltic at the moment, so I enjoy those times outside in the sun with Prince. Until tomorrow x
