After a couple of quiet weeks, I had a couple of charity teddy bears to make up today at work. That was my lunchtime activity. One is now en route to its new home. The other one I am awaiting payment for. This happens from time to time. I have to wait because sometimes people change their mind. Anyway it was good to have a couple of orders to process. This month my focus has been on the Check Your Poo song for bowel cancer awareness month, but the focus will be going back to the bears very soon. A selection of some of the bears available is below.

In other news work was really busy today. I completed the big job I’ve been working on the last few days, so that should be collected by the haulier tomorrow. A couple of deliveries arrived meaning I can get out tomorrow morning with a full load first thing, and orders coming in today means that Wednesday will be at least two full van loads going out. I think that the turnover this month will be one of the highest in a long time, although whether I actually make much in the way of profit is another question, as I am having to buy in quite a lot of stock at the moment, and the quarterly rent invoice is this month. However, I’m really pleased that things are busy, especially in the current uncertain economic climate and with the never ending price rises. Until tomorrow x
