Today, I finally got round to ordering a new passport. My last one ran out a couple of years ago at the start of the pandemic, so there was little point in bothering to renew it at the time. I haven’t been someone who has been chomping at the bit to get on a plane, and it’s not very easy to get away with my work anyway. However, opportunities, like those amazing weekends I did in New York, will pop up and I also have Australia in my sights at some point. It’s unlikely I will be able to do much travelling while Prince is still with me, so this move today was primarily to put things in place rather than have a specific trip in mind.

A very special order came in for a Laura Lou teddy bear today. I’m not going to reveal from who just yet, although hopefully I’ll be able to do that in the coming days. I was genuinely moved and touched by the gesture.

Laura Hopkinson aka @livinglife_withlaura has stage 4 incurable bowel cancer. Her friends and family have set up a Go Fund Me page to raise funds that will help Laura to make some beautiful memories with her two young children Ivy and George. Laura has been through so much since her diagnosis in 2018 and now has 9 brain mets. She is incredibly kind and supportive to others and it’s our turn now to support Laura. All profits raised from every sale of the teddies is donated to the Go Fund Me page x
