Remembering Kelly kickasskell Smith today on what would have been her 34th birthday. Her family and many friends have been posting the most lovely images and stories full of love for an amazing lady, who sadly died of bowel cancer just over two years ago. I never got to meet Kelly in person, but like so many of her followers on social media, I felt like I knew her.
I will always be very grateful to Kelly and will never forget her kindness and friendship, nor her support for The Record. Not only did Kelly agree to be part of the book, but she also wrote the most perfect foreword for it. She was one of life’s brightest shining lights, a beautiful soul inside and out, and an amazing inspiration to many. She is still greatly missed x
I’d like to share Kelly’s post from May 2019 on Instagram after she’d received her copy of The Record. She put things across in true ‘kickasskell’ style.
