Bowel bear Bielsa had important work to do on this Bank Holiday Monday. He took tickets to Derby County from Leeds United for the upcoming Championship play-off semi-final, and then brought back tickets from Derby to Leeds. This will enable both clubs to put their allocation of tickets for the away matches on sale to their supporters. My brother who was riding shotgun today informed me that the box contained a million pounds worth of football tickets!

My mum died of bowel cancer in 2016. It is the second biggest cancer killer in the UK claiming 16,000 lives each year. However, it is also one of the more treatable cancers. If diagnosed at the early stage 1 it can be successfully treated in over 90% of cases. Sadly this figure drops to just 7% when detected at the late stage 4. Improving early detection rates is therefore vital to help improve survival rates, and raising awareness about bowel cancer can play a part in this.
