Annette travelled from Germany to Watford with her son to watch the recent match against Arsenal in the Premiership, and she took #bowelbear Dylan with her. This means that the stop bowel cancer bears have now visited 3 of the 92 grounds in the Football League. I wonder how many more grounds the bears can visit. As you can see Dylan sat next to the statue of the Graham Taylor, who died in 2017.
The result was good and bad. Good for me being an Arsenal fan with the Gunners winning 1-0 against 10-man Watford. Not so good of course for Annette, her son, and their friends wearing the Watford colours. Annette picked up bowel bear Dylan in Llandudno in February, and he now goes to watch all the Uerdingen matches in Germany in Division 3 of the Bundesliga.
Annette continues to do a great job of raising awareness about bowel cancer. He mother-in-law sadly died from this awful illness a couple of years ago, and her dad has survived bowel cancer. All proceeds raised from sales of the bears on rivers2cross.com are donated to Bowel Cancer UK.
