I was reminded today by a number posts on social media, and this is something that happens most days, if not every day, just how amazing the bowel cancer community is. So many people going through the most difficult of times (i.e utter shit) still give out so much support to others.

I am currently revamping the Stop Bowel Cancer Teddies. These were the first cuddly animal I launched 4 years ago and hundreds have been sold in that time raising a sizeable amount of funds for Bowel Cancer UK. These new bears are bigger and come without the shirt with the printing going directly onto the bear.

However, more good news with the music release. Overnight I received my first order from Australia, and then this morning the amount raised went past £900, which considering I am doing this all myself is quite amazing and a testament to the wonderful support I continue to get for my fundraising. This brings the £1000 mark as the next figure on the horizon, but I think this is genuinely possible now.

This Christmas the reindeer are getting a revamp. Poodolph supporting Bowel Cancer UK and #14 supporting Love Hope Strength will both be back albeit in this new style. A New Dawn was released last Friday. Tonight I have donated £810, which equates to £270 each for Bowel Cancer UK, Love Hope Strength and The Bowel Movement. I am so grateful for all the support for the album. Thank you to everyone who has bought a copy so far. The pre-order period was hugely successful, but now the hard work begins to try and sell more copies and increase the amount that can be donated. The feedback so far has been excellent so if you are able to support the album that would be amazing x

A weekend away in North Wales has meant a few days off from the journal. Rather than backdate posts, I shall bring all my news up to date in this one post. My trip to North Wales was to take part in the Love Hope Strength Coastal Hike. I was so pleased when everything fell in place to allow me to release the Fields of Dawn album on the same day. LHS along with The Bowel Movement and Bowel Cancer UK are the three charities that are receiving the profits from sales of A New Dawn.
