The support for the forthcoming Destination Unknown has been amazing. Thank you to everyone who has pre-ordered the album so far, or bought one of the accessory items. The fundraising has now gone past the £400 mark. This will be shared between Bowel Cancer UK, The Bowel Movement and Love Hope Strength. A second album always has its work cut out to match the debut album, and I think it’s no surprise that in Fields of Dawn’s case it was always going to be a massive challenge to match the success of A New Dawn. My hope is that ultimately the music will speak for itself and sales will continue to grow. The feedback for the first song to be aired from the album, My Time, has been extremely positive, so let’s hope that continues as we move forward. I genuinely believe that the album is as good as anything released to date by Fields of Dawn and perhaps is the best work to date.

A busy week with the arrival of both the CDs and Flash Drives. They look amazing and that is down to the amazing artwork created by Sanclementebetty, for which I am ever so grateful. This just leaves the clear vinyl LPs. They were due to arrive at the beginning of November, but due to one of the lathe machines being out of action at the factory at the moment, a revised date of w/c November 20th is now in place, which is still fine and way ahead of the New Years Day release date.

Destination Unknown is available to pre-order on CD, Download, Clear Vinyl and Flash Drive and there are some attractive multi-format bundle packages to save you a few pennies too x
