This December I have set myself a challenge of selling 25 additional copies of the Goodbye Farewell 4-track CD. It costs £5 and is available from rivers2cross.com. All profits raised from every sale are donated to Bowel cancer UK in memory of Kelly Smith who died of bowel cancer in June. The release has raised almost £350 so far and charities are in desperate need of our continued support with their income dramatically reduced this year as a result of the pandemic.

Four amazing artists have interpreted my own song Goodbye Farewell, and come up with four very different, but quite stunning versions of the track. My thanks to Carol Hodge, James Walsh, Pete Kirby, Steve ‘Smiley’ Barnard, Steve Webster, David Martin, Jason Bradley and Mike Dlugozima for giving up their time and all their wonderful efforts to help make this happen.

I always love receiving photos from people with their CDs, so here is just a very small selection of the photos led by Kelly’s mum Mandy who has kindly allowed me to do some fundraising in Kelly’s memory x

So far during December, 15 copies of Goodbye Farewell have been sold leaving me 10 more to sell before the year ends. It would be a great achievement not least because I know how short cash is this year, and it would be a fitting way to end the year and before I step back from the fundraising for a while in the new year x
