This week with Show 12 we have a great mix of guitar music spanning almost the last 50 years . A great start to the show with The Courteneers followed by the stunning Carbon Silican, which features two musical legends in Mick Jones and Tony James. I dare you not to tap your foot! There is a great new track from Irish band The Love Buzz, followed by two double headers from The Priscillas and The K’s. The show has three classic tracks from The Killers, The Undertones and Green Day, and then finishes with a superb cover version of an Ian Dury track performed by the late Sinead O’Connor. In this week’s show The Dream by The Priscillas was sent to me by Jenny Brown from the band. Although this broadcast is still a fledgling show it is gestures like this that enable me to hopefully grow the show and reach a wider audience. If there is a track you would like me to play, please feel free to send me your suggestions. If I like it I’ll play it…
