It’s taken until the middle of May for my work unit to really begin to warm up. Just a few days ago I was still wearing my winter fleece and winter coat inside the unit. I have now discarded the dark winter colours and brought the summer colours back out. It’s definitely good for my soul.

Tonight, I’ve started work on the last track I need for my Fields of Dawn album. It’s a quite ambitious one, so it will be interesting to see how it goes, and it might need me to ask for some keyboard contribution. I’ll lay down a few tracks before I decide on that. Tonight was just the first guide guitar track, but I have settled on the tempo and key for the track. Also on the music front I am still pondering as to whether to release the album in vinyl alongside the CD and Download. I’ve had just over 20 people who have expressed an interest in buying the vinyl, which is great. I would need to order 50 as a minimum, so I still need to twist a few more people’s arms.

Today I sent out the balance of the outstanding Bowelbabe Teddy Bear orders, which means everything is right up to date. This means that I will be able to get orders done as they come in now and send them out on the same day. In fact two orders came in today, and they have been sent out, so with the teddy bears under control it did allow me to make that start on the music. £1100 has now been raised by the teddy bears, which is amazing.
