My Rebellious Hope t-shirt arrived today, and it’s amazing. A wonderful way to raise funds for the Bowelbabe Fund and support Dame Deborah James, who has done so so much for others. These t-shirts have now raised £500,000!! An amazing feat and another testament to the affection that Debs is held in by so many. I ordered two t-shirts. One for myself and one I am getting for Nicole Cooper, who lives in Melbourne, Australia. Apparently these t-shirts are not shipping to Australia, so I was more than happy to get one for Nic, who herself has stage 4 bowel cancer and is currently going through some really tough times.

These t-shirts are unisex, so there is no excuse for us boys not to get involved. When it came to ordering I followed the guidelines on the inthesyle.com website. I like to wear XL t-shirts, although I am probably a size Large. The website said to order a size 18-20… Oh my God! It’s massive 🤣 Initially I thought this would cause me a problem, but on doing some research (thank you Google) it appears that the oversized shirt look on a guy can be quite chic! Who knew 🤣

The Bowelbabe Fund now stands at a staggering £6.5 million after being launched by Deborah after she announced she is now on end of life care for bowel cancer. The Bowelbabe teddies that am selling have raised almost £1,200 for the fund, so I had to do a photo of my little friend with the t-shirt. I’ve been receiving some brilliant teddy bear photos, so please keep sending them in when you take your bear on an adventure. The bears are still available on my website.

My forthcoming album, A New Dawn, has now had 13 pre-sales for the vinyl edition, which is most certainly lucky 13 for me. I am hoping that I can sell 50 copies of the vinyl, which is the minimum amount I can order. The profits from the sales of this album will be divided between Bowel Cancer UK, Love Hope Strength and The Bowel Movement. Pre-sales for the CD and Download editions will be launched later in the year x
