Over the last few months I’ve noticed a lump in my testicles. To start with, I had those classic feelings of wanting to ignore it and hope that it would go away.

Over the last few months I’ve noticed a lump in my testicles. To start with, I had those classic feelings of wanting to ignore it and hope that it would go away.
Last Autumn I reached a pretty low point. Thankfully I sought professional help and I am now in a much happier place and feel that I am moving in the right direction. It’s interesting looking back as many of the problems that got on top me remain, but my mindset is now totally different and
It’s now four years since I did my skydive for Bowel Cancer UK. It’s coming up for 10 years since I began fundraising, and looking back on this now it really was bonkers! Without doubt the scariest thing I have ever done in my entire life. I have always been happier with both my feet
